Ten years ago, Sam and John, two close friends, were casually having lunch, and an idea was born for them to start a business together.

Their only consideration was the excitement they felt and the possibilities they could create together if they partner. They soon had their first client. Both agreed to work an equal amount of hours and split their profits equally at 50/50. Within a year, their client base increased to the point that it allowed them to each let go of their full-time positions and invest 100% of their time and efforts in the new partnership.
